Starting or scheduling live video to certain Facebook Groups may result in an error message. Unable to Start Streaming or Unable to Schedule. This can happen if Live Video or Events have been disabled for the Group. (Events are now required for scheduling.)
To check on this, go to your Groups settings on Facebook.
If you see an Edit post formats section, click the pencil icon, and you'll see a list of allowed formats. Ensure that Live and Create event are enabled.
Note that if Live or Create event is missing from the list of Post formats, you may need to add these features to the Group. To do this, click Add features in the Group's sidebar, and then click See all to find the full list of features.
If necessary, add Live Video and Events features by clicking each feature's Add button.
