You may see an error message when scheduling or starting a live broadcast to a Facebook Group. Try removing the Ecamm Live from Facebook and re-adding it:

  1. Go to Facebook's Business Integrations settings.

  2. Remove Ecamm Live from the list of integrations.
    Note: You may need to try this step several times if it remains in the list of apps, as we have had reports of the Facebook web site not allowing the app to be removed.

  3. Once it has been removed, open Ecamm Live and you will see a blue Log In button in Ecamm Live's main window. Click to log into Facebook, and approve all permissions when prompted.
