What is a Virtual Webcam and a Virtual Mic?
Virtual Cam (or Virtual Webcam or Virtual Camera) allows you to send the video output of Ecamm Live into Mac apps such as Zoom, Discord, Google Meet, and more.
Virtual microphone allows you to do the same with the audio.
This will let you use all of the features of Ecamm Live (such as camera switching, green screen, digital zoom, Screen Sharing, overlays, sound effects, music, and more) in other apps that don't otherwise have those features.
Virtual Webcam and virtual microphone will work even when you are not using Ecamm Live to broadcast or record, making it a great option for Zoom meetings or presentations.
These features require an Ecamm Live Pro subscription.

How to Use Ecamm's Virtual Camera
Activate Virtual Webcam by going to the menubar and finding Outputs ➝ Virtual Cam and switching it to On. It can also be activated using Virtual Cam toggle in the Mode menu at the top of the Main Window.
If this is your first time using the feature, choose to install the Virtual Webcam. Then, in the other app's camera menu, you'll see Ecamm Live Virtual Cam as a choice. You might have to Quit and come back into the other app before you see it.

How to Use Ecamm's Virtual Microphone
