Choose your AirPlay Display in the Control Center at the top right of your screen.

Also, be sure to choose Use As Separate Display from the AirPlay menu.

Once you’ve done this, your chosen AirPlay Display will show up as an option for Video Monitor in Ecamm Live's Output menu.
