This feature requires an Ecamm Live Pro subscription.
Attached Blackmagic Design devices that support DeckLink output will automatically show up in Ecamm Live's Output menu under the DeckLink Output submenu.
To activate DeckLink output, simply select the device in that menu. The device's output format and frame rate will be set to match Ecamm Live's stream settings.
