We recently released an update to fix a Facebook issue that could cause business-managed Facebook Pages to be missing from Ecamm.
If your Facebook Page is not listed in Ecamm as a destination, ensure that you have the latest version of Ecamm, by picking Check for Updates from the Ecamm menu beside the menu at the top of the screen.
