Two-Factor Authentication on Switchboard Live can cause a problem on login in Ecamm Live

Updated over 3 years ago

If you have Two-Factor Authentication enabled on your Switchboard Live account for increased security, you may experience problems logging into Ecamm Live via the "Login to Switchboard Live" button in the Main window. Users have reported that after entering the code sent to their email or mobile phone, they are sent to their Account page in Switchboard instead of being returned to the Ecamm Live Main window:

As a workaround, you can temporarily disable Two Factor Authentication in Switchboard Live, and re-enable it once you are logged in via Ecamm Live:

Please note that if you log out of Switchboard Live (via Ecamm Live > Log Out Switchboard Live) you will need to again disable Two-Factor Authentication temporarily in order to log back in.
