Ecamm Live saves a high-quality recording of your live stream on your computer. It's automatic. 

The Mode menu at the top of main window is where you can enable or disable automatic recording. Toggle the Record option if you want to turn off automatic recording.

Use the Recording menu in the menubar to get at your past recordings, or to change the location of where you want your recordings saved. By default, Ecamm Live saves your recorded videos in a subfolder of your macOS user’s Movies folder.
