MacOS Sonoma 14.1 disables support for old-style virtual camera applications, including iGlasses. Fortunately, there is a workaround to restore this functionality.
Download Ecamm Live from the download link below, and then open the Ecamm Live app.
You do not have to sign up. Simply launching the app will set up the workaround and restore the use of iGlasses.
You can quit Ecamm Live and you won't need to open it again. (Unless you like it!)
