Our awesome community of Ecamm Live members have helped us build a list of compatible DSLR cameras connected via USB. Please see the list below.*
*Please note, this list has collected by our community. We will continue to update this list regularly. If you plan to purchase a camera from this list, proceed knowing that the Ecamm team has not tested each individual camera listed here.
If you have a DSLR camera that you're not seeing on this list, give yours a try with these instructions. If it works, please let us know and we will add your camera to our list.
Important Note About Quality:
Please note that while the quality will be suitable for live streaming, it will not be the same quality you get when recording directly on the camera. In order to achieve full HD quality, you will need to use an HDMI encoder.
Important Note About Sound:
🔊 Please note that sound from the camera, or from a mic connected directly to the camera, will not come into Ecamm Live when connected over USB. In order to get sound from the camera, you will need to use an HDMI encoder.
