In PhoneView, click the Settings button in the toolbar while holding down the option (or alt) key on your keyboard.
You’ll see a checkbox at the bottom of the settings window to enable debug logging. Check it.
Quit and re-open PhoneView.
Once the problem happens again, pick “Send Diagnostic...” . (The PhoneView menu is beside the menu.) This will send us the diagnostic log.
Contact us with details about the problem, and let us know that you sent a log.
