1. In PhoneView, click the Settings button in the toolbar while holding down the option (or alt) key on your keyboard.
  2. You’ll see a checkbox at the bottom of the settings window to enable debug logging. Check it.
  3. Quit and re-open PhoneView.
  4. Once the problem happens again, pick “Send Diagnostic...” . (The PhoneView menu is beside the  menu.) This will send us the diagnostic log.
  5. Contact us with details about the problem, and let us know that you sent a log.
