Team Licenses for Ecamm Live

Need to purchase and manage multiple seats? Ecamm makes it easy with Team Licenses.

Updated over a week ago

Ecamm Live's Team License feature allows an administrator to purchase and provision seats to end users.

Team License seats are on an annual subscription basis and give Pro plan access.

To get started with a Team, head on over to the Team Portal.

Use the link above to access the Team Portal in your web browser.

Sign up for Ecamm Live

If you're not yet signed up for an Ecamm Live account, the first thing you'll see is a sign-up screen. Sign up or login with an existing Ecamm Live account to proceed to the next step.

Creating an Administrator Subscription Plan

The first time you login to the Team Portal, you'll be presented with an order form where we'll gather your billing information for the subscription.

Enter your billing information, agree to the terms of service, and click Subscribe.

Billing information can be changed at any time in the Portal.

Add Seats

On the next screen you'll set your initial number of licensed seats.

Use the slider to set your desired number.
Pricing is as follows:

1-2 Licenses: $384 per seat

3-4 Licenses: $345 per seat

5-9 Licenses: $310 per seat

10-29 Licenses: $278 per seat

30-49 Licenses: $249 per seat

50-99 Licenses: $223 per seat

100+ Licenses: $200 per seat

Add/Create Users

Next, you'll assign users to your seats by entering their email and name.

If the user does not already exist, it will be created, and an email will be sent to the address with instructions on setting a password.

Making Changes

Once added, users can be managed in a table on the portal page.
Removing a user is done by clicking the red X button.

To manage billing information and see invoices, use the MANAGE BILLING button.

FAQ: What if I already have a subscription and now I'm creating a team? Can my existing user be added as a team seat?

Yes. To do this, cancel your existing subscription, and then add your current user to the team as a seat.

Alternatively, you could keep your existing subscription separate and it will continue to bill separately and work as it always has.
