You can cancel your Ecamm Live subscription at any time. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable and access to your subscription will continue until the current billing period expires. 

Please contact support for a refund only if your original purchase date was in the last 14-days. 

Please note: We offer a 14-day trial period, which will allow you to evaluate the software before purchase, which means we offer a full 28 days to evaluate the software at no risk.  We do not request payment information to install the trial, and therefore do not automatically charge members when the trial ends. 

We do not provide extra months or billing extensions for any time period the subscription has gone unused.
