GoPro cameras are pocket-sized action cameras designed to record audio and video. 

Ecamm Live can use a GoPro camera as a video and audio source provided it has an HDMI port and is used with an HDMI encoder.

Most GoPro cameras include an HDMI port. Check this article for a full list of GoPro cameras with an HDMI port.  

The GoPro HERO8 does not have an HDMI port, but it can be added on with a special adapter called a Media Mod.

To use the GoPro camera with Ecamm Live, the HDMI cable must be connected to an HDMI encoder. See this article for details on using an HDMI encoder.
