Have one workspace for building Scenes and another for going live? Window Layouts let you save your Ecamm window arrangement and bring it back when you need it.
Saving a New Layout
Open the Ecamm windows you want to use, then position and resize them.
Choose Window ➝ Window Layout ➝ New Window Layout.
Give the layout a name that’s easy to recognize, such as “Editing” or “Live Show.”
The layout remembers your window positions and sizes, which windows are open, and grid view item sizes.
Returning to a Layout
Choose your saved layout from Window ➝ Window Layout. Ecamm restores the saved arrangement.
Updating a Layout
After rearranging your windows, choose Window ➝ Window Layout ➝ Save Current Window Layout, or press ⌥⌘L. This updates the current layout with your new arrangement.
Changes are not saved just because you move a window. If you want to keep the original arrangement too, create a new layout instead of saving over it.
Renaming or Removing a Layout
Select the layout, then use Rename Current Window Layout or Delete Current Window Layout in the same menu.
Moving to Another Display
If you use more than one display, choose Window ➝ Move All Windows To and select the display where you want your Ecamm workspace.
